Hot Springs Retail Center is a modern take on urban façade design, set into a retail shopping experience. With the façade pushing in and pulling out and the change of materials, the design alludes to the dense, urban street scape traditional of the historic Hot Springs district. Each façade appears as if the whole was placed at different times, allowing them to be individual but work as a cohesive, 7-unit (12,974 sqft) retail center.
